Rulesets to be used

Originally we were going to use GorkaMorka, but fuck GorkaMorka, we're using these!

Community Necromunda Rules - Revised and rebalanced Necromunda Rules from the Yak Tribe community forums.  

Outlanders Community Rules - As per the Community rules above, they revised the Outlanders book too!
