PostSubject: PDF files   PDF files EmptySat Feb 07, 2015 8:25 pm

Hi Guys,
I was just wanting to know the etiquette for posting photos and files.
I have several rule sets and codexes that may be of interest to the club.
These were written and used by the defunct group "Tempus Fugatives" for their campaign weekends.
We played 30K Heresy,13th Black Crusade and 40K.
An example would be the Codex Mechanicum which is a PDF file of 1.5MB.
I also have lots of photos of the various armies used at WHW and the Maelstrom.
Do you plan on having a thread for this sort of thing, do we just post them under 30k/40k, or, would you prefer the website not to be cluttered with this.
Allan

Hi Allan,

Apologies for the delay in replying (Sick).

The functionality of this forum only allows for images: "Allowed formats : bmp, jpg, png, gif, tif < 2 Mo"

I believe it cannot actually host the pdf files, and we'd certainly not want you to post a million jpg images on the forum haha!

What I do recommend however is dropbox.  This would allow you to store all the pdf's online and post a link to each of them in one forum topic.

You can find dropbox here: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Let me know if this helps.

Hi Steven,
Thanks for the info.
I have attached some dropbox links below.
Hope they work.
Just discovered I cant find my Mechanicus pendrive. Must be somewhere, I will post pics when I find it.
Hope the files will be of some interest to guys on the forum.
